Meet Tracy

Hello and welcome!

In nature, death feeds new life: your wounds, losses, and struggles can become the fertile ground for deeper growth. You may find yourself grappling with grief, loneliness, fear about the future, or confusion about your place in the world. These painful thresholds are not mistakes — they are invitations toward a deeper, more soulful life.

I have traveled these dark and mysterious landscapes myself and feel honored to walk alongside others as they navigate their own transformations. As a depth-oriented and psychodynamically trained psychotherapist, I offer a space where the full range of your human experience — conscious and unconscious, embodied and emotional — can be explored with care, curiosity, and reverence.

I work with both individuals and couples, supporting those who find themselves at meaningful crossroads in life and in relationship.

My Therapeutic Approach

My work is rooted in Depth Psychotherapy and Contemporary Psychodynamic Therapy, drawing from Jungian and Archetypal Psychology, somatic awareness, and parts/inner child work.

In individual therapy, our focus may be on personal transformation, healing past wounds, and uncovering the deeper layers of your story. In couples therapy, I work relationally and emotionally, helping partners identify unconscious patterns, strengthen emotional connection, and foster a more conscious, resilient bond.

Healing unfolds through a strong, attuned relationship — whether with yourself or between you and your partner — where deeper patterns can be illuminated and new possibilities for growth can emerge.

Additionally, I bring a background in embodiment practices and yoga philosophy, supported by advanced academic study. When appropriate, I may integrate mind-body approaches that support the soul’s unfolding — always in service of your unique path.

This work is not about "fixing" you — it is about reclaiming your innate wholeness, finding meaning within your experiences, and stepping into a more authentic, empowered life.

A Guide to The Underworld

One of my deepest passions is guiding clients through what I call the Heroine’s Journey to the Underworld.

Unlike the outward quest of the Hero’s Journey, the Heroine’s Journey calls us inward — into the dark, mysterious terrains of the psyche and soul. It demands the release of outdated identities and asks for a surrender to transformation.

The treasures found in the Underworld — authenticity, resilience, sovereignty — are earned through the willingness to move through, not around, the darkness.

An Underworld initiation might appear through depression, grief, profound loss, illness, transition, or emotional collapse. Though painful, it is sacred work. I know these terrains well and approach them with deep respect and reverence.

In our work together, I will serve as a companion and guide through this descent — honoring the mystery, supporting your strength, and holding faith in the renewal that waits on the other side.

“The doors to the world of the wild Self are few but precious. If you have a deep scar, that is a door, if you have an old, old story, that is a door. If you love the sky and the water so much you almost cannot bear it, that is a door. If you yearn for a deeper life, a full life, a sane life, that is a door.”
