Individual Depth Psychotherapy
Based in Agoura Hills | Virtual Therapy Across California
A Relational, Depth Oriented Approach
You may be feeling lost, stuck, or disconnected from yourself. Perhaps a relationship is changing, a life transition has shaken your sense of direction, or something that once felt certain no longer does. You may sense that an old way of being is coming to an end, yet what comes next remains unclear. These periods of uncertainty can be painful and disorienting. Yet they can also hold the seeds of profound transformation.
My role isn't to rush you toward answers or tell you who you should become. Instead, I offer a space where you can slow down, feel deeply heard, and begin making sense of your experience. Together, we'll explore what is happening in your life, as well as the deeper patterns, emotions, dreams, and questions that may be asking for your attention.
My approach is informed by:
The healing power of a therapeutic relationship grounded in warmth, curiosity, and collaboration
Depth psychology (Jungian and contemporary psychoanalytic perspectives)
Attachment theory
Parts and Inner Child Work
I believe healing is not always about fixing what is broken. Sometimes it involves listening closely to what is emerging beneath the surface, especially during life's most difficult seasons.
People find their way to therapy for many different reasons. Together we might explore:
Anxiety, depression, and emotional overwhelm
Grief, loss, and major life transitions
Relationship challenges and attachment patterns
Childhood wounds, relational trauma, and unresolved family dynamics
Identity, self-worth, and questions of purpose
Fertility journeys, pregnancy, and the transition to parenthood
Feeling lost, stuck, or uncertain about what’s next
Personal growth and deeper self-understanding
“The doors to the world of the wild Self are few but precious. If you have a deep scar, that is a door, if you have an old, old story, that is a door. If you love the sky and the water so much you almost cannot bear it, that is a door. If you yearn for a deeper life, a full life, a sane life, that is a door.”
