Hello, I’m glad you’re here.

I’m a depth-oriented psychotherapist dedicated to helping individuals and couples navigate life’s challenges wile uncovering the deeper meaning within them. Rooted in compassion, curiosity, and a belief in each person’s innate capacity for growth, I offer a space for healing, self-discovery, and transformation.

A Depth-Oriented Approach

There are seasons in life when we feel lost.

A relationship changes. A loss reshapes us. A long-held identity no longer fits. We find ourselves in unfamiliar territory, uncertain of who we are or where we are headed.

In our culture, these experiences are often viewed as problems to solve as quickly as possible. Yet many of life's most meaningful transformations begin in periods of uncertainty and waiting.

.Just as seeds germinate beneath the surface before they emerge into the light, something new may be taking shape within you, even when you cannot yet see it.

I offers a place to explore these threshold moments with curiosity, compassion, and depth. Through a collaborative therapeutic relationship, we listen for what is seeking expression, make meaning of life's challenges, and cultivate a deeper connection to yourself, your relationships, and your own unfolding path.

I work with individuals and couples navigating anxiety, grief, relationship difficulties, life transitions, and questions of identity, purpose, and meaning. Together we create a space where healing and growth can emerge in their own time.
